P.S. Last week, I testified before the Senate Select Committee on Intelligence about Vladimir Putin’s ongoing efforts to exploit vulnerabilities in our election systems. In my remarks, I outlined a four-cornered, “whole-of-nation” approach to defending our democracy against these threats.
