Dear SEELANGers,

I am happy to let you know that on August 10 2018 European University at Saint Petersburg has received a new educational license. After a forced year without students we are opening our doors for them again.

This is great news for academic freedom and we are grateful to the international academic community for their support and solidarity during hard times of uncertainty.

We cannot wait to resume our classes with new international students eager to learn their first words in Russian, tackle issues of Russian foreign policy and Eurasian energy affairs, read books on Russian history and much more.
