Generation Next: Emerging Civic Leaders in Russia Today
June 26, 2013 // 8:30am 12:30pm
Young people in Russia continue to find methods to stay engaged in civic life even as new roadblocks are put in their way. This half-day conference will bring a cross-section of young Russian civic and social leaders to Washington, DC and give them the opportunity to articulate how young people participate in the public dialogue in Russia today. U.S. audiences rarely get to hear directly from the post-Soviet generation, so this conference will allow for a very unique and valuable exchange of views. Cosponsored by the Henry M. Jackson Foundation.
This event is open to the public but reservation is required. Please RSVP.
