KYIV. April 22 (Interfax) – Volodymyr Zelensky, who is winning the Ukrainian runoff presidential election according to exit polls, has described the liberation of Ukrainian prisoners-of-war and captives as No. 1 task of his team.

“In my opinion, our task No. 1 is to bring back all captives, all prisoners of war, and our sailors. I have been talking with their parents, and, you know, we cannot stay calm about that. I will do my best to bring our guys home; I cannot promise anything, but I will do everything I can. This is a priority,” Zelensky said at a press briefing in his campaign headquarters.
