RIA Novosti: Russia’s most frequently quoted journalists named

(RIA Novosti – December 23, 2013) Editor in Chief of Moskovskiy Komsomolets daily Pavel Gusev, TV presenter Kseniya Sobchak and Editor in Chief of Ekho Moskvy radio Aleksey Venediktov have been named as Russia’s most frequently quoted journalists, RIA Novosti news agency reported on 23 December quoting media monitoring service Medialogiya.

They were followed by TV journalists Nikolay Svanidze and Vladimir Pozner, state Rossiya 1 TV host Vladimir Solovyev, Editor in Chief of Zavtra newspaper Aleksandr Prokhanov, TV and radio journalist Maksim Shevchenko, journalists Tina Kandelaki and Sergey Dorenko.

Also on the list were Editor in Chief of television channel RT Margarita Simonyan, Editor in Chief of Novaya Gazeta newspaper Dmitriy Muratov, Channel One TV journalist Mikhail Leontyev, Editor in Chief of Nezavisimaya Gazeta daily Konstantin Remchukov, Editor in Chief of Komsomolskaya Pravda tabloid Vladimir Sungorkin, Editor in Chief of state news agency RIA Novosti Svetlana Mironyuk.

Journalist Oleg Kashin and Editor in Chief of Ekspert magazine Valeriy Fadeyev too were in the top 30.
