MOSCOW. Nov 13 (Interfax) – The rating of Russian President Vladimir Putin does not decrease and is approximately 60%, the Kremlin said.

“If we were to speak about President Putin, then we would say that Putin has an objective rating because they write whatever they want about him in social networks, all liberal media outlets write about him and however they feel is necessary,” Russian presidential administration First Deputy Head Vyacheslav Volodin said at a seminar attended by deputy governors.

“I would call his rating full-fledged and [his core supporters], especially the ‘nuclear’ ones, do not decrease,” Volodin said.

“If one were to talk about the president’s assessment rating, then as of today, it is 62%,” the Kremlin administration deputy head said. While the approval rating is about 60%, he said.

Putin’s electoral rating also amounted to approximately 60%, Volodin said citing the data of the Public Opinion Foundation (FOM).

“He [Putin] is always in some form of open competition and he explains, meets and convinces,” Volodin said.
