MOSCOW. April 17 (Interfax) – Russian President Vladimir Putin said U.S. President Barack Obama would save him if he was drowning because he is a decent and courageous person.

When asked by six-year-old Albina, whether Obama would save him if he was drowning, Putin said: “I can not say that we have some special personal relations with the U.S. president. But I think that he is a decent and courageous enough person. And of course, he would.”

At the same time, Putin said he would very much like for this not to happen.

Putin was the one to choose this question.
