MOSCOW. April 10 (Interfax) – The head of the Center for Strategic Research (CSR), former Finance Minister Alexei Kudrin said the situation on the Moscow Exchange after Monday’s crash is stable.

“Today’s opening of the exchange, if nothing has changed in the last few minutes, shows that the exchange is stable. Stock market indexes are stable so far,” Kudrin said at the Exchange Forum – 2018 in Moscow.

Kudrin asked Deputy Prime Minister Arkady Dvorkovich what he expects from the situation on the market.

Dvorkovich said that “indeed, the markets are now in a difficult situation and a phrase about stability always puts one on edge a little, because something must always be happening on the market.”

“At this, our plenary session, any phrase can lead to market fluctuations in one direction or the other,” he said.
