MOSCOW. Dec 10 (Interfax) – The self-proclaimed Donetsk People’s Republic (DPR) has accused Kyiv of disrupting a video conference and the next round of talks of the Contact Group in Minsk.

“The Contact Group was due to hold a video Skype conference today to discuss and agree upon the matters (relating to) the next round of talks in Minsk. However, for some reason Kyiv simply failed to pick up the phone, although we did try to get through a few times. For this reason, both the video conference and, apparently, the next round of talks in Minsk have been disrupted. Obviously, it was some kind of political maneuver by Kyiv, but what kind is not clear yet,” a DPR government source said

He added that according to militias, the Ukrainian sides have already breached the truce almost 20 times.

“Since the start of the so-called truce we have already registered 18 breaches of the ceasefire by Ukraine both here and in the Luhansk republic,” the source said.
