Perhaps, you’ll mention it in JRL so the “Russia Watcher” community can benefit. As you always like to point-out, it’s important for folks to actually read the transcripts of what the Kremlin puts out.
The Kremlin’s “Fair Use” policy (http://www.kremlin.ru/eng/articles/about_siteEng06.shtml) specifically allows for rebroadcast as long as there is a link back to the original material, which there is in every tweet.
